SENSE sadness and grief are normal feelings such as stress caused the death of a loved one, job loss, or illness. That feeling is also inevitable in this fasting month.

Unfortunately, not everyone is able to express these feelings in a healthy way. If one express it, can lead to dangerous behavior. Thus, it is very important to know how to release emotions in a healthy and appropriate.

1. Weep if you can not stand. Crying is not an expression of weakness. In fact, some researchers say that crying releases hormones in the body that makes you feel better.

2. Write about your feelings. Keep your little notebook. Whenever you feel sad, grab a book and just write what you feel. The most important is that you write honestly.

3. If necessary, see a psychologist. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, they can help you direct your mind to overcome feelings of sadness.

4. Have a positive emotional health by staying connected with others. Plan activities with friends and family members. Talk with friends and tell them about your feelings.

5. Find a positive and enjoyable hobby to get rid of the pain and frustration, such as painting, sculpting, drawing, or singing.

6. You can let go because of emotional stress hormones by exercising regularly. As a bonus, you will produce endorphins that cause feelings of happiness.
